Lead Product Designer

Shape and evolve core product experiences for educators and students.
Design AI-native features and interaction models for human-agent collaboration.
Define and evolve the design system, including components, design tokens, and documentation.
Raise team design standards through strong visual and interaction craft and mentorship.
Champion accessibility and inclusive design through WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.
Partner with product teams to lead user interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions.
Present design strategy and rationale to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
