Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation.
  • Exposure to both in-person and virtual/webinar event execution.
  • Proven ability to design event plans and execute across multiple formats and channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and vendor relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation tools, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Ability to design metrics, track KPIs, and translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with event tools, registration systems, and lead management workflows.
  • Experience in EdTech is preferred, or the ability to ramp up quickly in a complex B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of assigned in-person and virtual events including industry conferences, field activations, and customer meetings.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, registration, speaker management, and onsite delivery.
  • Implement lead capture, collection, and follow-up strategies to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure messaging, positioning, and campaign alignment.
  • Maintain event documentation, run-of-show plans, and build scalable event operation playbooks.
  • Track and analyze event performance, including registrations, attendance, lead volume, and pipeline influence.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring reports to share insights and ROI recommendations with leadership.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Partnerships to align on event goals, staffing, and follow-up execution.
