Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in benefits administration, Total Rewards operations, or HR operations.
- Demonstrated experience with U.S. and Canadian benefits, including open enrollment and vendor coordination.
- Exposure to compensation and equity operations such as survey submissions and market data organization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong operational judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
- Ability to collaborate with HRIS, payroll, finance, legal, and international partners.
- Strong written communication skills for creating process documentation and employee resources.
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams and working across time zones.
- Continuous improvement mindset with openness to iterating on processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end U.S. and Canadian benefits operations, including vendor coordination, eligibility, audits, and invoice review.
- Partner with the international benefits lead to support global benefits operations and program implementations.
- Support compensation and equity operations by organizing market data, preparing benchmarking analysis, and tracking offers.
- Improve onboarding and offboarding workflows, documentation, ticket triage, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Build and maintain SOPs, knowledge base content, and operational reports for better visibility.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen vendor performance, data integrity, and compliance controls.
