Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years or Master’s/Doctoral degree with 12+ years of compensation and benefits experience.
  • High-level knowledge of global compensation practices, principles, pay laws, and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of global associate benefits programs, including health and retirement plans.
  • Proven experience driving annual compensation processes as an analyst, HRBP, or in finance.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in project management, program sustainment, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills for global audiences.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel less than 5%.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance on Total Rewards for the Life Sciences platform and Pall business.
  • Execute core lifecycle processes including merit planning, variable pay, equity programs, and benefit assessments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders using market insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies, including leveraging AI for competitive analysis.
  • Lead collaboration and change management across stakeholders, including Finance and HR COEs.
  • Ensure compliance and governance regarding regulatory requirements, pay transparency, and M&A integration.
