Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive human resources generalist experience.
- Experience with a manufacturing-focused company.
- Strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and work autonomously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, direct, and coordinate HR activities including employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.
- Represent management in collective bargaining negotiations.
- Consult with management on strategic staffing, compensation, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Monitor key HR metrics to identify trends and implement solutions aligned with strategic operational goals.
- Partner with local management on employee transactions including hiring, promotions, and corrective actions.
- Manage divisional exempt recruitment and career pathing/performance management programs.
- Develop and facilitate training and educational curricula for assigned plants.
