  • Minimum 8 years of progressive human resources generalist experience.
  • Experience with a manufacturing-focused company.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and work autonomously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, direct, and coordinate HR activities including employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.
  • Represent management in collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Consult with management on strategic staffing, compensation, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Monitor key HR metrics to identify trends and implement solutions aligned with strategic operational goals.
  • Partner with local management on employee transactions including hiring, promotions, and corrective actions.
  • Manage divisional exempt recruitment and career pathing/performance management programs.
  • Develop and facilitate training and educational curricula for assigned plants.
