Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 10–12+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, including leadership roles in compensation and benefits.
- Demonstrated success in designing and managing global compensation and benefits programs.
- Strong expertise in equity programs, pay governance, and global regulatory compliance.
- Experience working across multiple regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC) with understanding of local compensation practices.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with HRIS and compensation tools, as well as advanced Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Hay Group) strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior executive level.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements in a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global total rewards strategy, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives across all regions.
- Design and implement a global compensation strategy that supports business goals and ensures market competitiveness across regions and job levels.
- Oversee job architecture, salary structures, and global pay equity programs to maintain fairness and consistency.
- Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit planning, promotions, and bonus/incentive processes.
- Partner with Finance and senior leadership to design and manage short- and long-term incentive programs.
- Develop and evolve a global benefits strategy covering health, wellness, retirement, and ancillary programs across diverse markets.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, and compensation disclosures.
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and benchmarking partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality program delivery.
- Lead and develop a global Total Rewards team, driving innovation, capability building, and digital transformation.
- Use data analytics and market insights to evaluate program effectiveness and guide leadership decision-making.
