Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or strategic consulting.
- 6+ years of experience in a related analytics/forecasting role.
- Experience developing long-range patient-based forecasts for oncology products.
- Experience supporting pipeline and portfolio decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience leveraging research and analytical vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and key business partners.
- Proven experience in a smaller, rapidly growing company.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with tolerance for ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term forecast models and scenario plans for products across indications.
- Provide portfolio-level views and analyses to support organizational decision-making.
- Communicate and align internal stakeholders around key forecast assumptions.
- Analyze complex markets, disease states, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic forecasts.
- Synthesize and communicate information to inform Global clinical development plans.
- Partner with Insights and Analytics functions to inform forecasts.
- Collaborate with Pipeline Marketing, Clinical Development, and Portfolio Management to support early-stage decision-making.
- Coordinate with Regional forecasting leads to ensure consistency.
