Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of franchise development experience, preferably in a matrixed, multi-branded organization.
  • Experience in both organic and broker-related lead generation tactics.
  • Established relationships with franchise broker organizations and members.
  • Strong understanding of the overall franchise development process.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, engage with, educate and complete franchise territory award transactions with financially capable candidates.
  • Collaborate with brand leaders to align on territory and franchisee objectives.
  • Manage candidate progression through the sales funnel using the company CRM.
  • Develop, deploy, and modify annual unit growth strategies in coordination with leadership and marketing teams.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
  • Maintain relationships with broker network representatives and represent the brand at industry events.
  • Report on KPIs related to unit growth performance.
