Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of franchise development experience, preferably in a matrixed, multi-branded organization.
- Experience in both organic and broker-related lead generation tactics.
- Established relationships with franchise broker organizations and members.
- Strong understanding of the overall franchise development process.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple functions.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, engage with, educate and complete franchise territory award transactions with financially capable candidates.
- Collaborate with brand leaders to align on territory and franchisee objectives.
- Manage candidate progression through the sales funnel using the company CRM.
- Develop, deploy, and modify annual unit growth strategies in coordination with leadership and marketing teams.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain relationships with broker network representatives and represent the brand at industry events.
- Report on KPIs related to unit growth performance.
