Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of carrying, hitting, and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline from scratch through outbound discipline.
- Exceptional consultative selling skills with a focus on diagnosing client needs before prescribing solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively at every level, from hiring managers to C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with the Accounting & Finance or professional services talent landscape is a strong advantage.
- Coachability and a commitment to high performance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted outbound strategy to identify, engage, and close new client relationships within your designated vertical and geography.
- Drive net new revenue through cold outreach, relationship-building, strategic account mapping, and consultative selling.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within Soni's 1,500+ signed client base and deepen relationships to expand wallet share.
- Position yourself as a trusted market advisor by bringing industry insights, compensation data, and workforce intelligence to every client conversation.
- Partner tightly with recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met with speed, precision, and the right talent.
- Maintain a rigorous, data-driven approach to pipeline management using CRM and AI tools, tracking activity, and forecasting revenue.
- Represent the brand as a senior lead in the market at client meetings and industry events.
