Requirements

  • 10+ years of business development experience selling SaaS, technology, and/or data solutions into life sciences companies.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of ethics and compliance requirements within the life sciences industry.
  • Established and strong relationships with US commercial leaders across pharma, biotech, and medical device sectors.
  • Expertise in developing and executing complex business strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, including expert-level interpretation of relevant sales and market metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Experience managing the full RFP lifecycle, including writing, reviewing, and responding to proposals.
  • Experience managing contracts, including MSAs and SOWs.

Responsibilities

  • Sell RxVantage Enterprise services into a portfolio of up to 30 life sciences companies.
  • Define and propose growth opportunities within prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify and strategically target key stakeholders and decision makers across functions.
  • Manage a target sales goal and forecast sales accurately, driving a sales pipeline with a clear path to close.
  • Ensure clients recognize the strategic value of the platform as a long-term partnership.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to identify growth opportunities and ensure outstanding client experience.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and ongoing feedback as an internal mentor to the team.
