Requirements

  • 5-8 years of business development or senior sales experience in a marketing agency or integrated consultancy.
  • Proven ability to close mid-six-figure and larger integrated agency engagements.
  • Existing network of decision-makers and industry relationships that can be leveraged.
  • Strong executive presence with experience selling to CMOs, VPs, and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling brand, creative, digital, social, search, email, media, and analytics services.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
  • Experience selling into complex, regulated, or multi-stakeholder environments is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with analytics, attribution, and performance measurement concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Generate net-new revenue through existing relationships, targeted outreach, and referrals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities aligned with agency service strengths and ideal client profile.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Lead discovery conversations focused on client business objectives and growth goals.
  • Translate client needs into integrated solutions across brand, creative, digital, and media services.
  • Collaborate with strategy and delivery teams to develop scopes, pricing, and proposals.
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within the agency CRM.
  • Lead or coordinate RFP/RFI responses and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Provide leadership with insights on market trends and competitive positioning.
