Job Details

10+ years of experience in business development or partnerships in healthtech, fintech, benefits, or adjacent industries.
Strong track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex strategic partnerships with measurable revenue impact.
Deep comfort operating at the intersection of regulation, financial incentives, and product design.
Experience with HSA/FSA, payroll, insurance, or healthcare benefits strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align Director/VP/GM-level stakeholders.
Highly analytical and hypothesis-driven mindset with experience turning ambiguity into clear strategy.
Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations.
Strong executive presence and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external leadership.

Define the global strategy for tax-advantaged channels such as HSA/FSA administrators, ICHRA platforms, payroll providers, and insurers.
Build and maintain a dynamic market and ecosystem map, including key players, incentives, and regulatory contexts.
Source, qualify, and advance net-new partner opportunities that expand reach and revenue across tax-advantaged channels.
Design and negotiate non-standard commercial models including salary-sacrifice frameworks and broker-led distribution.
Partner with Legal and Compliance to co-create novel pathways for participating in emerging tax-advantaged models globally.
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership in Product, Finance, and Operations to align on shared growth plans and executive priorities.
