Requirements
- Current unrestricted U.S. license (Physician or Nurse Practitioner).
- Board certification for physicians.
- 7+ years of clinical, healthcare quality, patient safety, or clinical operations experience with progressive responsibility.
- 3+ years of experience leading or materially shaping client-facing quality work, external audits, consultant engagement, or similar high-stakes external clinical work.
- Experience representing clinical services in consequential meetings with clients, consultants, auditors, or health plans.
- Proven background in quality strategy, audit readiness, and program development.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with experience interpreting quality and operational data.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and lead through ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive and clinical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Represent clinical services in high-stakes client, consultant, and audit-related discussions.
- Develop the strategy and operating model for clinical client audit readiness and execution.
- Design and mature longitudinal quality assurance models that assess performance across the member journey.
- Utilize AI and advanced analytics to scale quality surveillance and modernize quality operations.
- Establish and govern a metric framework for population health quality, operational performance, and service reliability.
- Translate clinical and operational findings into actionable improvement strategies and executive-ready narratives.
