  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, boards, and cross-functional leaders.
  • Experience managing global mobility, compliance, and international workforce programs.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale global Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and people operations frameworks.
  • Design and execute executive compensation and equity strategies, partnering with senior leadership and Board-level initiatives.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making by analyzing compensation trends to guide strategic rewards programs.
  • Drive global expansion readiness by building compliant, localized rewards and people operations frameworks.
  • Oversee HR technology modernization, focusing on AI-enabled, automated systems.
  • Strengthen People Operations delivery through leader self-service, improved workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage global mobility, immigration, and compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards and People Operations team.
