Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring teams.
Strategic mindset with strong operational execution capabilities.

Own and scale global Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and people operations frameworks.
Design and execute executive compensation and equity strategies, partnering with senior leadership and Board-level initiatives.
Lead data-driven decision-making by analyzing compensation trends to guide strategic rewards programs.
Drive global expansion readiness by building compliant, localized rewards and people operations frameworks.
Oversee HR technology modernization, focusing on AI-enabled, automated systems.
