- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business decisions.
- Experience leading global HR or People Operations functions across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of HR technology ecosystems and experience with digital or AI-enabled transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, boards, and cross-functional leaders.
- Experience managing global mobility, compliance, and international workforce programs.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring teams.
- Strategic mindset with strong operational execution capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale global Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and people operations frameworks.
- Design and execute executive compensation and equity strategies, partnering with senior leadership and Board-level initiatives.
- Lead data-driven decision-making by analyzing compensation trends to guide strategic rewards programs.
- Drive global expansion readiness by building compliant, localized rewards and people operations frameworks.
- Oversee HR technology modernization, focusing on AI-enabled, automated systems.
- Strengthen People Operations delivery through leader self-service, improved workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Manage global mobility, immigration, and compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards and People Operations team.
