Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related business roles.
- 3+ years of direct employee relations experience, including performance management and workplace investigations.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws, with at least 2+ years of applied experience.
- Proven experience coaching leaders and influencing decision-making in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to interpret data and people metrics to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting organizational change, talent development, and cross-functional People initiatives.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience with HR systems, case management tools, or ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk or similar).
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership to identify development needs, support team health initiatives, and implement People programs and solutions.
- Advise on complex employee relations cases, including investigations, policy interpretation, and resolution of workplace concerns.
- Support organizational initiatives such as change management, job eliminations, and Diversity & Inclusion programs in collaboration with People partners.
- Interpret people analytics and workforce data to inform decisions, identify trends, and improve organizational outcomes.
- Contribute to the design and execution of People initiatives tailored to business and regional needs.
- Manage employee relations workflows and ticketing systems, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality resolution of requests.
