- Manage 5-7 highly strategic, enterprise implementations simultaneously.
- Develop strategic, solution-oriented project plans with success criteria, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive and manage customer communications and issue tracking throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Design custom implementation plans using the proprietary Value Realization Framework (VRF).
- Lead technical configuration and customized training/enablement sessions for customers.
- Collaborate with CSM, AE, and product teams on execution and feature requests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across Salesforce and the Revenue.io platform.
- Contribute to the development of Solution Playbooks and continuous process improvements.
