- Own end-to-end engineering outcomes for Guided Selling from technical design through release, adoption, and iteration.
- Partner with Product, CS, Sales, and customers to understand workflow pain and validate tradeoffs.
- Utilize AI tools as a core engineering multiplier for design, implementation, testing, and debugging.
- Identify platform, data, permissions, and integration risks within Salesforce environments.
- Raise review quality and document reusable patterns to improve team execution.
- Develop Guided Selling into an intelligent execution layer informed by customer data.
