Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementation management, solutions, or professional services in complex enterprises.
- Extremely strong Salesforce acumen, specifically in administration and configuration.
- Proven experience managing large, complex projects with cross-organizational stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in change strategy and management methodologies.
- Experience designing and leading training or enablement activities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Salesforce Admin Certification is highly desired.
- Knowledge of telephony and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) is a bonus.
- Experience with industry peers like Salesloft, Gong, or Groove is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 highly strategic, enterprise implementations simultaneously.
- Develop strategic, solution-oriented project plans with success criteria, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive and manage customer communications and issue tracking throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Design custom implementation plans using the proprietary Value Realization Framework (VRF).
- Lead technical configuration and customized training/enablement sessions for customers.
- Collaborate with CSM, AE, and product teams on execution and feature requests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across Salesforce and the Revenue.io platform.
- Contribute to the development of Solution Playbooks and continuous process improvements.
