Requirements
- Proven experience in IT service management and the development of IT strategies.
- Several years of experience in IT consulting, specifically in process consulting and organizational development.
- Deep knowledge of established IT frameworks such as ITIL, SIAM, COBIT, or SAFe.
- Expertise in digital transformation methods, technology trends, and ITSM platforms.
- Proven track record of project success in consulting or equivalent environments.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable recommendations.
- Excellent customer orientation and experience managing C-level stakeholders.
- Strong project leadership and team management skills.
- High level of self-organization for remote work.
- Willingness to travel for occasional on-site customer meetings.
Responsibilities
- Develop future-proof IT organizational models and strategies based on market standards and best practices.
- Design IT organizations including processes, roles, responsibilities, and service portfolios.
- Manage transition processes and organizational implementation, including stakeholder management and staff development.
- Lead complex customer projects, including planning, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
- Manage customer relationships and interfaces at the management level.
- Coach junior consultants and lead interdisciplinary project teams.
- Support business development and proposal creation.
