Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the design and delivery of strategic projects or programmes in complex digital transformation environments.
- Experience leading full end-to-end programmes or owning major workstreams.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder transformation delivery in consulting environments.
- Proven ability to lead solutions presentations and handle client objections.
- Strong consulting skills including the ability to create, manage, and deliver strategies.
- Ability to lead a team and ensure consistency across workstreams.
- Demonstrated experience in either Waterfall or Agile delivery, with a working knowledge of both.
- Knowledge of cloud, SaaS, and data-led transformation programmes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Clear, articulate communication skills suitable for presenting to Programme Boards and senior client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and mobilisation of programme work as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Conduct diagnostic/discovery work and prepare recommendations and delivery plans for customers.
- Contribute to key programme meetings, including kick-off meetings and Programme Board sessions.
- Liaise with senior client stakeholders at key milestones.
- Manage delivery of client requirements and provide guidance to consultants within the delivery team.
- Report on the financial position and ensure project delivery within agreed margins.
- Develop toolkits, methodologies, case studies, and thought leadership in collaboration with leadership.
