Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
- 1–3 years of experience in occupational health, safety, industrial hygiene, environmental management, sustainability, quality management, consulting, software implementation, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of safety, health, environmental, quality, or compliance processes and how technology can support these functions.
- Ability to configure software solutions, facilitate client training sessions, perform testing activities, and support implementation projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional and remote teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams throughout assigned implementation projects and initiatives.
- Lead and support software implementations following established methodologies, including system configuration, testing, user training, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, implementation consultants, and technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product Management.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, monitoring timelines, and proactively addressing risks or delays to keep implementations on track.
- Build strong client relationships by providing professional guidance, responsive communication, and high-quality service throughout project engagements.
- Maintain accurate project administration by updating timesheets, project bookings, and utilization metrics in a timely manner.
- Participate actively in peer training initiatives and continuous learning programs to enhance consulting expertise and product knowledge.
