Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital project management, or implementation-related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with both clients and internal technical or operational teams.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and systems, including compliance-related requirements such as ADA standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to prioritize effectively.
- Adaptability and comfort working in evolving processes and dynamic environments.
- Experience collaborating across departments such as IT, operations, and account management.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end implementation of client e-commerce websites while ensuring timely delivery, technical accuracy, and alignment with brand requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation and website launch process.
- Manage project timelines, launch schedules, and ongoing client communication regarding progress and updates.
- Translate client requirements into clear technical instructions for internal development and IT teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across account management, sales, operations, accounting, warehouse, and IT teams.
- Oversee website testing and production reviews to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and compliance with requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improved functionality and proactively recommend enhancements to client digital experiences.
- Develop documentation and internal guides to support the rollout of new tools, features, and processes.
- Ensure projects align with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and marketing calendars.
