Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing implementation or project management role.
- Proven ability to balance internal and external requirements and budget realities.
- Demonstrated expertise in spreadsheet management and attention to detail.
- Ability to act as both an effective project manager and a collaborative team member.
- Experience managing complex tasks, competing priorities, and project timelines across cross-functional teams.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for actions, decisions, and quality of work.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and take on unfamiliar tasks.
- Experience performing under pressure during high-volume periods.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer benefit packages and software builds to determine product fit.
- Document and communicate customer-product fit issues and propose resolutions.
- Execute and manage releases of ALEX for customer review.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain clear communication regarding project schedules and progress.
- Suggest custom content options based on product expertise to meet unique client needs.
- Document customer-specific issues for future reference.
- Support the transition from sales to implementation to ensure a smooth handoff.
- Contribute to internal projects, including process documentation and cross-team collaboration.
