Requirements

- Proven experience balancing internal and external requirements and budget realities
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage complex tasks and competing priorities in a cross-functional team
- Demonstrated ownership and follow-through on commitments
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and take on unfamiliar tasks
- Experience performing under pressure during high-volume periods
- Proficiency with spreadsheets
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer benefit packages and software builds to determine fit with Jellyvision proprietary software
- Document and communicate customer-product fit issues and propose resolutions
- Execute and manage customer-specific product releases
- Maintain project timelines, especially during seasonal periods
- Build rapport with customers and communicate project status
- Suggest options for custom-built content to address unique client needs
- Support the transition of customers from sales to implementation
- Contribute to internal projects including process documentation
