Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Implementation, or Customer Success.
  • Heavy emphasis on onboarding and project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage pre-scopes, timelines, and technical configurations.
  • Customer success mindset with a focus on problem-solving and partner growth.
  • Impeccable organization to manage multiple moving pieces during go-live phases.
  • Experience working in a high-volume SaaS environment.
  • Experience driving commercial outcomes or retention across an SMB book of business.
  • Experience with multi-selling products preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software, specifically HubSpot, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own all pre-scopes and go-lives to successfully build, launch, and get partners live on the platform.
  • Drive a 50/50 split between project management and ongoing account management.
  • Build long-term relationships through regular contact and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Focus on customer success to maximize platform value, driving monetization and retention.
  • Maintain a consistent contact strategy to reduce churn and keep partners engaged post-onboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless transitions from initial sale to go-live.
