Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Implementation, or Customer Success.
- Heavy emphasis on onboarding and project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage pre-scopes, timelines, and technical configurations.
- Customer success mindset with a focus on problem-solving and partner growth.
- Impeccable organization to manage multiple moving pieces during go-live phases.
- Experience working in a high-volume SaaS environment.
- Experience driving commercial outcomes or retention across an SMB book of business.
- Experience with multi-selling products preferred.
- Experience with CRM software, specifically HubSpot, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own all pre-scopes and go-lives to successfully build, launch, and get partners live on the platform.
- Drive a 50/50 split between project management and ongoing account management.
- Build long-term relationships through regular contact and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Focus on customer success to maximize platform value, driving monetization and retention.
- Maintain a consistent contact strategy to reduce churn and keep partners engaged post-onboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless transitions from initial sale to go-live.
