- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to dive into details.
- Relentless dedication to assembly-line process and rigor.
- Ability to build business cases for ROI and measurable impact.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
- MBA preferred.
- Experience with ICHRA, health insurance operations, or fintech preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-driven operational optimization preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee application intake, submission, and carrier engagement processes for scalability and accuracy.
- Manage financial transaction operations to ensure integrity and efficiency.
- Conduct data-driven diagnostics to identify operational bottlenecks and risks.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement tech-enabled, automated solutions.
- Develop dynamic staffing models to manage demand variability.
- Collaborate with Gravie Care and Account Management to ensure consistent member service levels.
- Define and monitor KPIs to provide visibility into operational health.
