  • At least 3 years leading a People team or a major sub-function.
  • Proven experience scaling a people function through significant headcount growth.
  • Hands-on experience building or owning HRIS implementation, performance management systems, or compensation frameworks.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and hiring infrastructure.
  • Operator mindset with the ability to build systems and processes independently.
  • Strong judgment on sensitive personnel matters and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and build People operations, HRIS, payroll, and employee lifecycle systems.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including pipeline strategy, sourcing, and candidate experience.
  • Design and maintain performance management, professional development, and management systems.
  • Develop compensation philosophy, leveling, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure employment compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Steward company culture and organize team events and offsites.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, President, and COO on org design and personnel decisions.
  • Hire, develop, and manage the growing People team.
