Requirements
- 3+ years of legal experience.
- Focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation.
- Knowledge of state-level privacy laws including CCPA and CPRA.
- Experience with data breach and cybersecurity class action litigation.
- Experience with technology and errors and omissions litigation.
- Excellent academic background.
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
- Law firm experience is highly preferred.
- CIPP/US certification is highly preferred.
- Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.
- Address novel legal issues primarily involving data breach and technology litigation.
- Represent clients in direct and class action technology litigation.
- Handle technology and errors and omissions litigation.
- Provide superior client service in complex privacy and data security matters.
