Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within the medical device TIC industry.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in sales or business development.
- Proven success in leading global or regional sales teams.
- Proven experience managing complex, large, or key clients.
- Expertise in global sales strategy, scheme development, and market analysis.
- Strong understanding of MDR/IVDR and international regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with conformity assessment procedures and Notified Body operations.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects while balancing commercial and regulatory constraints.
- Strong organizational, change management, and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual proficiency and cross-cultural experience.
- University degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or related discipline.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
Responsibilities
- Proactively lead global sales planning and execution across all medical schemes, delivering offices, and hubs.
- Manage the Business Development team and oversee global sales and business development strategies for Medical Devices.
- Analyze markets and pricing to ensure competitive positioning and growth across all schemes.
- Develop and expand Medical certification scheme offerings to align with client needs and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with delivery offices and hubs to align sales efforts with central strategy through communication, training, and coaching.
- Represent the organization at external forums, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and emerging market opportunities.
