Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within the medical device TIC industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven success in leading global or regional sales teams.
  • Proven experience managing complex, large, or key clients.
  • Expertise in global sales strategy, scheme development, and market analysis.
  • Strong understanding of MDR/IVDR and international regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with conformity assessment procedures and Notified Body operations.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects while balancing commercial and regulatory constraints.
  • Strong organizational, change management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual proficiency and cross-cultural experience.
  • University degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or related discipline.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead global sales planning and execution across all medical schemes, delivering offices, and hubs.
  • Manage the Business Development team and oversee global sales and business development strategies for Medical Devices.
  • Analyze markets and pricing to ensure competitive positioning and growth across all schemes.
  • Develop and expand Medical certification scheme offerings to align with client needs and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with delivery offices and hubs to align sales efforts with central strategy through communication, training, and coaching.
  • Represent the organization at external forums, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and emerging market opportunities.
