Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or product/business operations.
- Track record of independently owning ambiguous work and delivering clear outputs.
- Experience with funnel analysis, A/B test interpretation, or structured data work.
- Ability to synthesize messy signals into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Willingness to maintain regular 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor user feedback from app reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights.
- Manage bug triage and resolution in collaboration with the Engineering team.
- Deliver product initiatives such as landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- Contribute to A/B test design, funnel analysis, and experiment interpretation.
