Requirements
- 4+ years of consumer-facing product management experience.
- Proven experience with funnel analysis, A/B test interpretation, or structured data work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex signals into clear product recommendations.
- Capability to manage work effectively across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, and marketing.
- Comfort working with ambiguous problems and incomplete information.
- Demonstrated ability to break down problems into clear hypotheses.
- Willingness to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights.
- Drive bug triage and resolution in partnership with engineering teams.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design to optimize funnel performance.
- Partner with Design and Engineering to ship user-centric product experiences.
