Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations.
- Track record of independently owning ambiguous work and delivering clear outputs.
- Comfort with funnel analysis, A/B test interpretation, and structured data work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations.
- Willingness to maintain regular 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights.
- Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering to prioritize and close quality issues.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design in partnership with design and engineering teams.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and product requirements.
