Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition and people operations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable using social media, especially LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Proactive and adaptable start-up mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to build the pipeline.
- Review resumes and job applications to screen for qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare regular progress reports.
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Perform general administrative and business partnering activities.
