Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Genuine interest in talent acquisition and people operations.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable using social media, especially LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and adaptable start-up mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to build the pipeline.
  • Review resumes and job applications to screen for qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Perform general administrative and business partnering activities.
