Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Technology Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
  • Proven success building and managing partner ecosystems.
  • Experience working with system integrators, consulting organizations, and resellers.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, APIs, and platform ecosystems.
  • Ability to engage and influence VP and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen in forecasting and business case development.
  • Experience managing complex commercial, legal, and technical negotiations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technologies such as Cloud, ITAM, FinOps, ERP, HRIS, or ITSM.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand technology and commercial ecosystems.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic technology partners, consulting firms, system integrators, resellers, and service providers.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships to drive long-term mutual success.
  • Drive the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing through technical discovery, integration planning, launch, and growth.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize integration roadmaps.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing, demand generation, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Lead partner enablement activities including training, certifications, and sales onboarding.
