Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with a track record of closing large integrations or GTM deals.
  • Experience working with wallets, exchanges, neobanks, or fintechs.
  • Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including Solutions, Product, Legal, and Risk.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to navigate large, complex organizations.
  • Ability to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
  • Capacity to articulate onchain lending to non-technical and TradFi teams.
  • Technical fluency to follow engineering conversations.
  • Experience managing end-to-end commercial cycles (requirements, structuring, negotiation).
  • Proven track record of high performance and grit in sales environments.
  • Ability to travel onsite when necessary for deal closure.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts like Stripe, Revolut, and NuBank.
  • Coordinate internal teams including Solutions, Product, Legal, and Risk for deal delivery.
  • Own the full commercial and product cycle, including negotiation, structuring, and onboarding.
  • Drive the account from initial contact through go-live and early growth stages.
  • Translate onchain lending concepts for TradFi and crypto-native product and compliance teams.
