Requirements
- Seven or more years of experience delivering production software in product-driven companies.
- Deep experience in high-growth SaaS, startups, or scale-ups.
- Proven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor independently defining scope and architecture.
- Hands-on experience building against CRM and GTM platform APIs such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Fluency with LLM APIs and production AI workflows (agents, enrichment pipelines, summarization systems).
- Track record of leading complex, cross-functional automation initiatives with measurable commercial impact.
- Proficiency with modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable, Cursor).
- Ability to think at a systems level regarding GTM processes across marketing, sales, and post-sale.
- Experience with CPQ/subscription billing, Databricks, or Gong API is a plus.
- Clear communication skills to explain technical decisions to non-technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives across marketing automation, quote-to-cash, sales lifecycle, and support operations.
- Design and build GTM Engineering Platform modules including Pipeline Command Center, Deal Passport, and Conversion Intelligence.
- Architect AI-powered pipelines replacing manual GTM workflows like lead scoring, routing, deal enrichment, and forecasting signals.
- Engage with RevOps leadership and GTM stakeholders to identify build priorities and translate operational needs into technical scope.
- Build and iterate rapidly, shipping prototypes to production in weeks rather than months.
- Establish reusable patterns and frameworks to accelerate self-serve capability across GTM and RevOps teams.
- Set technical direction for GTM tooling, make architecture decisions, and champion AI-native development practices.
