Requirements

  • 5+ years in management of technical teams, specifically focused on automation, AI/ML, or RevOps technology.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building autonomous agents within a business context.
  • Deep understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and how they integrate with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to turn a strategic blueprint into a functional technical architecture.
  • Consulting background is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in operational excellence and technical documentation.
  • Ability to bridge communication between software engineers and sales leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the GTM AI Strategy Blueprint into technical roadmaps for automation and agent deployment.
  • Lead the build-out and configuration of AI agents and automations designed to handle repetitive GTM tasks.
  • Ensure all AI implementations are scalable, secure, and integrated deeply into our CRM and RevOps stack.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and architects.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from initial proof-of-concept to global GTM deployment.
  • Work closely with the SVP GTM Operations to ensure AI initiatives align with broader revenue goals.
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to ensure the GTM team is trained.
  • Define and track KPIs for the GTM AI team.
  • Continuously iterate on AI models and agent logic based on feedback from the GTM field teams.
