Requirements
- Proven experience deploying LLM/RAG systems in production environments.
- Deep expertise in document-focused AI tasks such as OCR, data extraction, and classification.
- Strong software engineering practices including version control, reproducibility, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Expertise in AI evaluation, including metrics, golden sets, and regression prevention.
- Experience with prompt engineering and template management.
- Ability to integrate AI solutions into existing business workflows or queues.
- Expertise in managing data drift and model monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain document types and extraction schemas including validation rules.
- Build robust OCR and extraction pipelines capable of handling edge cases like poor scans, tables, and stamps.
- Implement RAG/LLM workflows to generate summaries, draft client emails, and identify action items.
- Define and maintain confidence thresholds, automated rule checks, and human-in-the-loop validation gates.
- Establish QA and evaluation frameworks including golden sets, precision/recall metrics, and model regression testing.
