Requirements
- Reside in the Mountain (MT) or Pacific (PST) time zones.
- Demonstrated passion for sales and understanding of sales processes.
- Ability to think on your feet and handle objections or rejection with resilience.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence utilizing CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong empathy for prospects' business pains and challenges.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor within a remote team environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute creative and personalized outbound prospecting within target accounts.
- Leverage tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and connect with prospects.
- Manage lead qualification and prioritization through phone calls, emails, and other channels.
- Partner with Account Executives on pipeline organization and ongoing nurturing strategies.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics.
- Conduct research on potential pain points, decision-making structures, and business challenges.
