Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management or project coordination.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Proactive mindset with ability to solve problems independently.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience building project plans, processes, and documentation from scratch.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral.
- Residence in Istanbul, Turkey.
- Previous healthcare or healthcare technology experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans from the ground up to support strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Clinical, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery.
- Drive accountability and ensure alignment across various departments.
- Anticipate project challenges and risks proactively.
- Build processes and documentation for new project management functions.
