- Proven track record in social media marketing, particularly targeting older demographics.

- Demonstrated ability to develop creative and innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage budgets.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide/receive feedback effectively.
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with experience in a scrappy, entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Nice to have: Experience in healthcare marketing targeting 60+ demographics.
- Nice to have: Experience working with Carriers or FMOs.
- Nice to have: Specific knowledge of Medicare products, regulations, and ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the entire B2C marketing function for the MyALEXHealth product.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive beneficiary engagement.
- Own social media strategy, community management, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage the website strategy, content creation, and lead generation funnels.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Create various marketing materials including emails, webinars, case studies, and eBooks.
- Manage lead tracking and nurturing through HubSpot.
- Maintain regulatory compliance for all Medicare marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to perform A/B testing and optimize campaign ROI.
