Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally with hands-on multi-channel management.
- Proven track record of success in reaching older adult audiences via social media.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and performance analysis skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to manage budgets independently.
- Ability to work in a high-ambiguity, incubation-stage product environment.
- Experience managing CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
- Understanding of healthcare marketing, particularly for the 60+ demographic (preferred).
- Familiarity with Medicare products, carriers, FMOs, and regulatory landscapes (preferred).
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork, humility, and graceful feedback reception.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the entire B2C marketing function for the MyALEXHealth product.
- Develop and manage social media strategy to foster community and generate leads.
- Own website strategy, execution, and optimization to drive user engagement.
- Build content across various formats, including email, webinars, case studies, and eBooks.
- Manage leads and customer data using HubSpot.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives strictly adhere to complex Medicare regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers/agencies to execute campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and A/B test results to inform ongoing strategy and lead nurturing.
