Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally with hands-on multi-channel management.
  • Proven track record of success in reaching older adult audiences via social media.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and performance analysis skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to manage budgets independently.
  • Ability to work in a high-ambiguity, incubation-stage product environment.
  • Experience managing CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Understanding of healthcare marketing, particularly for the 60+ demographic (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Medicare products, carriers, FMOs, and regulatory landscapes (preferred).
  • Commitment to collaborative teamwork, humility, and graceful feedback reception.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the entire B2C marketing function for the MyALEXHealth product.
  • Develop and manage social media strategy to foster community and generate leads.
  • Own website strategy, execution, and optimization to drive user engagement.
  • Build content across various formats, including email, webinars, case studies, and eBooks.
  • Manage leads and customer data using HubSpot.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives strictly adhere to complex Medicare regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers/agencies to execute campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and A/B test results to inform ongoing strategy and lead nurturing.
