Requirements
- Active independent mental health license (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC) for Mississippi.
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
- Demonstrated interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms including Zoom, EHR, and Slack.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care.
- Ability to provide 15+ or 25+ hours of weekly availability.
- Telehealth experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
- Maintain a consistent weekly caseload of 15+ or 25+ client hours.
- Utilize evidence-based modalities to support patient mood, anxiety, and quality of life.
- Participate in regular peer consultations, specialized training, and monthly case conferences.
- Engage with a supportive clinical community through weekly drop-ins and team collaboration.
