Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Oregon.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy).
- Experience with clinical documentation and record maintenance.
- Ability to conduct crisis intervention.
- Comfort working in a remote environment.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and trauma therapy in individual and group settings.
- Review and sign patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
- Conduct crisis interventions based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in regular case planning with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration.
- Engage in ongoing education, training, and supervision to maintain clinical competency.
