- Entrepreneurial background with a history of high engagement in high-stakes environments.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment while managing multiple workstreams.
- Broad knowledge in growth marketing, including performance metrics, campaign planning, and event organization.
- Demonstrated 'Directly Responsible Individual' (DRI) mentality for marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive B2B growth in Central and Eastern Europe through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences.
- Manage end-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Adapt ElevenLabs’ global voice to resonate deeply with business cultures in the region.
