Requirements
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be fluent in at least one of the four Nordic languages.
- Demonstrated ownership pedigree with experience implementing marketing projects from start to finish.
- Accountable for marketing ROI and project outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial background or experience in high-stakes environments.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-velocity, ever-changing environment.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Broad knowledge in growth marketing, including analytics, performance marketing, campaign planning, and event organization.
- Ability to act as the local Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Scale B2B growth in the Nordics region through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences.
- Manage end-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and localized retargeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Adapt global brand voice to resonate with local market cultures.
