Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in audit, compliance, risk management, or government financial management.
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- Deep knowledge of federal audit standards (GAGAS/Yellow Book) and OMB circulars.
- Experience leading assurance or compliance engagements within federal government or public health agencies.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex issues to senior leadership.
- Experience managing professional services teams and multi-engagement portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual growth strategy for the Assurance Ecosystem.
- Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline and lead proposal strategy.
- Provide executive oversight across all Assurance engagements to ensure delivery excellence.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing consultants.
- Develop repeatable methodologies, frameworks, and reusable tools to improve delivery efficiency.
- Advise senior government executives on governance, compliance, risk, and organizational performance.
