- Leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with Nextech’s vision.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, trends, and technologies in the HCIT space.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and industry leaders.
- Negotiate and finalize strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Monitor competitive activity and regulatory changes affecting the HCIT industry.
- Report on key metrics, forecasts, and outcomes to the executive leadership team.
