  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with Nextech’s vision.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, trends, and technologies in the HCIT space.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and industry leaders.
  • Negotiate and finalize strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Monitor competitive activity and regulatory changes affecting the HCIT industry.
  • Report on key metrics, forecasts, and outcomes to the executive leadership team.
