Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, or Business.
  • 1-3 years of SaaS/Start Up experience in a Sales function (inclusive of internship experience).
  • Proven track record in generating qualified leads through inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting.
  • Proficiency with cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
  • Strong, confident communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport.
  • Highly organized and disciplined in prioritizing outreach and follow-ups.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-changing startup environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation by managing both inbound and outbound lead engagement.
  • Manage inbound MQL follow-up and prioritize leads based on engagement and intent.
  • Execute outbound prospecting through targeted research and proactive outreach.
  • Develop, test, and iterate messaging across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene in HubSpot with accurate notes and activity tracking.
  • Contribute best practices and learnings to the outbound process.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to source and qualify leads.
