Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing an exceptional sales pipeline.
- Proven success in creating a great customer experience and generating revenue-driving leads.
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Excel, and other relevant software technologies.
- Experience managing pipelines across multiple touchpoints using A/B testing.
- Strong phone presence, writing, and time management skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Coachable, self-motivated, and resilient demeanor.
- Experience with Salesforce and HVS strongly preferred.
- Testing mentality and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute inbound and outbound sales outreach to generate a qualified pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls with self-employed entrepreneurs to understand business needs and articulate company value.
- Book meetings that drive revenue and meet performance goals.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve products, services, and market positioning.
- Ensure prospective members receive responses within 24 hours.
- Partner with the Marketing team on GTM and vertical-specific strategies.
- Manage and optimize outreach programs across multiple channels including email, SMS, and phone.
