Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related customer-facing role within the technology or electronics industry.
- Experience generating sales leads, creating opportunities, and converting prospects into successful business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline development, lead qualification, and conversion strategies.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor, component manufacturing, electronics distribution, or electronic design industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronics design ecosystems and experience in an Electronic Design Automation (EDA) environment is a plus.
- Experience conducting customer meetings, building relationships, and supporting business growth through direct engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Independent, self-driven mindset with the ability to work toward and exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to develop structured processes while adapting quickly to changing business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities and strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Identify, research, and engage high-potential prospects within targeted accounts to create new business opportunities.
- Convert leads into sales meetings and support the progression of opportunities toward successful sales outcomes.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline while maintaining accurate prospect information and activity tracking.
- Define, implement, and improve workflows and best practices to increase lead conversion rates and sales efficiency.
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes that support the growth of the sales organization.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and improve customer engagement strategies.
